It doesn’t matter how many hours of rest, goals are important and the paths to them are just steps that need to be done according to the plan – at the appointed time. You get up to work irritated, without having time to have breakfast and stay with loved ones, quickly put yourself in order, answer unread messages and run out to work that you have always dreamed of. There are people around just like you. Everyone pretends that no one else is around. They are not interested in anyone and nothing but their own needs and desires. They think that they do what they want and their will is only in their hands. Everyone is fussing and running somewhere, adding the frantic pace of urban, and so hasty, life.

Half a liter of strong coffee and the day, as if for a minute, begins to improve. But no! Damn it again! There are thousands of cars around and everyone is honking aggressively, heating up the situation. Before you start your day, you already feel stressed. Hurry and anxiety become the most stable companions in life.

We must hold on, we must be strong, we must take a dose of “positive thinking” and share it with others. After all, everything is good! You are successful and have everything that others do not have. Parents are proud of you and neighbors set an example for their children. You are admired in a professional environment and envied by those who have not reached the appropriate (in his opinion) level. This is what you wanted. And with a “rubber” smile on your face, like a robot, you complete your list of tasks, taking on more and more obligations and responsibilities, you never get out of a state of stress. It’s like being in good shape. Norma and nothing else. You contact countless people who are not always pleasant – for your own benefit, pleasing them or politely sending them away or trying to prove to people who are indifferent to you and to you that you are cooler, “throwing pearls …”, and experiencing a note of pleasure from his vanity. The day is running out.

Again, things and problems that have piled up are delayed at work. The way from the place in the car, give the opportunity to breathe fresh air into the lungs. You come back late again. Well, what to do. Tomorrow will be easier. But soon you will allow a vacation at an expensive resort! Everyone will see the photo on Facebook and will be jealous again. And with this thought, you inadvertently plunge into a dormant fantasy in your head, where you happily spend time with your family, do not rush anywhere and enjoy every moment of your life, contemplating what is happening around and inside you. This short-term illusion of peace is stopped by thoughts, they say, you need to wait a bit, step on the gas pedal and then I will live! Everything has its price. We need to buy more real estate in a good area, change the car so that everyone just chokes with envy, then earn more money for a decent family life,

Chasing away true desires, you are spinning like a squirrel in a wheel in this life routine, rejoicing in the achieved goals for a short time and suffering endlessly from those that have not yet been achieved.

Without thinking about what is really happening, you close yourself in the trap of your own unawareness.

Time flies by and you can’t get it back. Already the children are at school, then the university, then they have to put on their feet, etc. And it’s too late to put pressure on the brakes. It is necessary to hold on to the end of the strap, otherwise you will lose what you have been striving for all your life and what you have found. This “squirrel wheel” is so dear to you and close!

But still, there comes a moment of insight when you rethink your life and understand that everything that was so important then is not yours! You lived according to someone else’s scenario, not profitable for you. And you lost your way among the values ​​imposed by people, stereotypes and other people’s attitudes. You were just a part of the mechanism of huge, world-moving machines. Your fears, desires, unprocessed feelings, old grievances, complexes and unconsciousness controlled your life and destiny. It turns out that you do not know yourself at all and you just have to get to know your real self, to hear your inner voice directing you on the right path to happiness.

By listening to yourself, you begin to feel your true needs and desires, you understand what really makes you happy, and when you ask questions, you begin to think deeply every time in order to answer honestly. By stepping over this border of awareness, you gain freedom. And you think: “Maybe the meaning was in the search and in the liberation of oneself, and this was only part of the path”? Slowly, layer by layer, you remove other people’s opinions and attitudes, principles and obligations from yourself, listen to yourself and begin to act against the system that has clung so tightly to consciousness.

You change and the world around becomes different – more open and kind. An unencumbered feeling of lightness that you did not know before appears, you are filled with energy that inspires and new millions of opportunities are found on the way to infinite happiness.

You just need to get out of the trap of your own consciousness … But you can!
