About Us

Back in 2016, while relaxing under the palm trees of a remote Asian island, Oleg spotted a lone sail on the horizon. It was a moment of reflection — one of those life checkpoints when routine and purpose collide. Could it be possible to live aboard a yacht? To escape the grind, the cold, the meetings… and sail into freedom? The internet gave us a clear answer: “YES.” But then came a thousand new questions. The biggest one? “What does Marina think?” She smiled and simply said: “Let’s do it.” That was the beginning.

The Journey

We gave ourselves 5 years — to save, to prepare, to figure it all out. But we didn’t know then what this path would demand.

• Marina worked 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
• Oleg worked 12 hours too, but started at 6 AM.
• We saw each other once a week — between errands and sleep.
• Somewhere in between… our daughter Nika was born.

The dream didn’t disappear. But life felt like it was on pause. We sold stuff. We made plans. We asked questions like:

• Sailboat or catamaran?
• Big and old or small and new?
• Buy now and be cramped — or wait 20 years and maybe never?

Eventually, we realized: There’s never a perfect time. There’s only now. So we said: Let’s go! We worked harder than ever before — not for money, but for freedom.

Today

In the fall of 2021, standing on the dock in Greece, we found her: Happy CAT — our floating home. Now we live full-time aboard, raising our children, chasing the horizon, and building CharterBnB — a global platform for yacht owners and travelers. We’ve come a long way.

And yes — we smile more than ever before.
